Throughout this program you will build your network and be supported by Aviva Canada mentors, sharing their career experiences and giving you the inside scoop on recruitment processes. You will also have a community of other professional women to network with, learn from, and grow beside. 60% - 80% of jobs and opportunities come through your network. We're building one together. No one will be left behind in this journey.

Through a chat platform, you will have an opportunity to connect with your peers, tellent career coaches and mentors to work through challenges that have come up, bounce ideas off each other and share your experiences and learnings.

Group Coaching
Coaching Hours are designed as your weekly touchpoint to help you take your next big leap.
You will have the opportunity to present any roadblocks or hurdles you're facing and engage with your Coach and fellow learners to get clear on your next step (however big or small!)

At Aviva we believe in speaking up when something isn’t right, in striving for more inclusive communities and using our expertise and experience to make an impact.
The pandemic further highlighted the inequities that women and other marginalized genders were already facing in the labour market. Making it even harder to find and maintain work that aligned with their career goals and their personal circumstances. We have seen it in our communities and many of us have experienced it first hand. That kind of impact doesn't go away overnight.
We recognize there still exists a lack of support and opportunity for women and other marginalized genders in the market and we wanted to offer tangible support. So we reached out to tellent.
We knew that we had an opportunity to help. That, with tellent, we could support women and other marginalized genders in finding their next right career move, with us or somewhere else.
As we start to re-think, re-build, re-design, restart or refresh our professional and personal pathways, we want to give women and other marginalized genders the support they need, when they need it.

tellent is a diversity recruitment and social impact company on a mission to unleash the power of women in the workforce. Operating across Canada since 2016, we support mid-career professional women in finding work that aligns with their personal and professional goals.
As we emerge from an extended period of heightened uncertainty in our markets, our jobs, our households and our communities we have seen more and more women pause and reflect on what it is they truly want as they consider their next professional move.
For the last two years we have helped hundreds of women whose careers have been impacted by the pandemic rediscover their professional potential and reimagine their career possibilities in this new and changing economy. We do this through our six month coaching program and collective, the Propeller Experience.

Aviva Canada Mentors
Mentorship, sponsorship, and networks are one of the biggest indicators for success for employees and job seekers, especially for women and other marginalized genders. We know that, and so do the good folks at Aviva.
So, throughout this program we will host three mentorship style panel discussions followed by an opportunity to network in small groups. The topics will support your leveller curriculum, your personal and professional growth and, connect you directly with leaders from the Aviva Canada Network.
